For My Son Benjamin...
Your mom and I have watched you grow from a Little Cruiser, to a GMMSS Cruiser, and finally to the fine young man who finished as
captain of the GMHS team of 2002/2003. The wonderful memories we have of your victories, and defeats, are forever etched in our minds...and the gray hair on our head!
 I take a great deal of pride in knowing that you are capable of overcoming any obstacle, enduring any pain, ignoring any ridicule to achieve your goals.
The distinction of being a 2 time District Qualifier is an amazing accomplishment for which you should be forever proud.
I know that as this adventure ends, you are fully prepared to face your future, and use the lessons learned here to succeed at anything you choose.

Thanks for letting me share, and live vicariously through you for a while.
